This cheesecake is FULL of flavor without the carbs! The crust full of nuts and just a bit of salt is better than any traditional cheesecake crust I have ever have.

My Favorite Blueberry Recipes
I am on my last few pints of blueberries for the season and this makes me VERY SAD! I have been spoiled for the past few years to be able to pick fresh blueberries from my MIL’s bushes! Nothing’s better than eating them right off the bush! (No, pesticides are used so don’t worry!) Here…
Blueberry Power Shake
One of my favorite fruits is blueberries! I hope you enjoy this yummy and healthy shake! This is one of the ways that I get my daily dose of gelatin and coconut oil in my diet! My 2-year-old son LOVES this shake, and I feel good that he is drinking something so healthy! About the…

Shrimp & Sausage Creole (Stew)
Crawfish are one of my favorite foods! We live a few miles from an awesome restaurant where they serve boiled crawfish new orleans so my husband usually picks up crawfish a few times a month. I normally just peel, devein and cook them in butter. Then I finish them off with my Cajun seasoning and…
Old Fashioned ‘Nana Puddin’ with Vanilla “Wafers”
I apologize for teasing you with this ‘Nana Puddin’ recipe for so long. I had some type of “digestive distress” for about 2 weeks which was less than fun on top of chasing after 2 little guys.. well, they keep me busy! As you can see in one of the pictures, my Hunter loves to…
Homemade Chicken & Bone Broth
Chicken Stock going into the Freezer! Once you have had homemade stock, you will NEVER buy the canned or carton stuff again!! The bones and tissues of many types of animal may make good bone broth. Bone broth also contains other important nutrients, especially minerals, derived from these tissues. This may make bone broth a…
Watermelon Popsicles
I love watermelon but I find myself overeating it when given the opportunity! My solution?? Make popsicles! This is a great way to use up any extra watermelon so you don’t feel pressured to eat it all so hat it’s not wasted. This is a “No-Recipe, Recipe” meaning you could do this with any fruit or…

At last, the Dairy-Free and Chocolate counterpart to the Dessert Pizza I posted last week! I am not sure which one I like better! This is my first time making my “Sugar” Cookie (from the Cookbook), Dairy-Free. The only change I made was using less fat or in this case, virgin coconut oil. This made…
